A six-part, movement-based learning experience that connects foundational skill to every major lift and movement pattern.

Course 1: Skill Before Strength –

The Fundamentals Blueprint

(Required before pattern specific cycles)

Before you lift more, learn to lift better.

This course teaches the overlooked fundamentals and the skills that make every movement stronger, safer, and more effective.

Courses 2–6: The Movement Patterns

Each course dives deep into performance-driven movement patterns that redefine how you move — in and out of the gym.

Squat – Building powerful legs and resilient hips

Hinge – Unlocking hip drive for strength and back protection

Push – Pressing with healthy, strong shoulders
